Product Description
One of Trinidad’s seasonal delights, pastelles are a steamed cornmeal pie wrapped in banana leaves and filled with stewed meat, olives, raisins and capers. I’ve been told that they are very similar to Latin American tamales.
The Pastelles need to be either frozen by you and kept for upto 6 months or kept in the fridge for upto 1 day.
