Product Description
Black Cake is a Christmas tradition in Trinidad and Tobago.
This an authentic Trinidad Black Cake made from mixed peel, prunes, currants, cherries, raisins and almonds soaked for several months in West Indian Rum. Once the cake has finished baking it is then soaked again in more alcohol. The cake will last a long time once kept wrapped and soaked every few months with Rum.
This cake is made to order to ensure it reaches you fresh. Please allow extra time for delivery.
