This is a true family seasoning developed more than 60 years ago. Use Tex’s Jamaican Jerk Seasoning in the cooking of all your favourite Jerk recipes. It’s magical blend of specially selected tropical herbs and spices giving that distinctive aromatic and delicious flavour, will bring out the real tropical taste in your dishes.
Directions: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning on to 1kg of meat, chicken or fish and rub in thoroughly. Leave to marinate then cook in oven, grill, microwave, barbeque or as desired.
For use before/during cooking.
