Guava Jam
Guava Jam is delicious on some bread or on the side of a plate of food.
Ingredients
1 lb. Guava¾ Cup Granulated Sugar (Approx)
2 tsp. Lime Juice
Preparation
1. Peel guava then cut in half and remove all of the seeds.2. Add to pan and cover with water and boil the guava until soft.
3. Drain water from pan.
4. Put the soft guava through a sieve.
5. To each cup of guava pulp add ½ cup of granulated sugar.
6. Put the guava pulp and the granulated sugar in a clean pan and then boil to the consistency of jam.
7. Put the Guava Jam in a sterilsed bottle then add the lid.
