Mango Chow
This is a condiment for curry or whatever you might like to eat it with.
Ingredients
2 half ripe mangoes peeled and chunked2 limes/lemons juiced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Scotch Bonnet Peppers taste
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl and adjust seasonings to taste until you are satisfied.2. Instead of mangoes you could use half ripe peaches/nectarines,cucumbers,granny smith apples,carambola(star fruit),green guavas or any crunchy sour fruit
