Irish Moss / Sea Moss Drink
Ingredients
2 oz. Dried Sea Moss
2 tsp. Lime Juice
2 cups Water
4 cups Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (to taste)
2 tsp. Aromatic Bitters
Preperation
1. Soak sea moss with lime juice and water overnight.
2. Drain well and boil with 2 cups water until sea moss resembles a mass of jelly.
3. Leave to cool.
4. Pour in a blender together with milk and sugar process and blend for a minute.
5. Flavour with bitters and serve with crushed ice.
